Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen steak fries (about 21 ounces)
  • 2 boneless beef strip steaks or ribeye steaks (1 inch thick and 8 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium taco seasoning
  • 4 flour tortillas (12 inches)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 3/4 cup pico de gallo
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Direction

  1. Prepare fries according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, rub steaks with taco seasoning. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°). Let rest 5 minutes; slice thinly.
  3. Place 1/4 of the steak into center of each tortilla. Top with fries, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Fold bottom and sides of tortilla over filling and roll up.
