Green Pea Salad
This pea salad recipe is great for summer picnics and easy to make in just 15 minutes with frozen green peas. I like to make it the night before I need it as it tastes much better if it sits overnight. My daughter and her friend will not eat peas, but they love this salad!

1 (16 ounce) package frozen green peas

black pepper to taste
Direction
-

Add almonds, green onions, cheese, and mayonnaise to peas. Stir in balsamic vinegar, and season to taste with black pepper.
